TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE - AURA-DRIVE

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Rodrigo Rodriguez / Cobá Networks for the use of the Aura-Drive software and its Hydra telemetry engine (the "Software").

By installing, copying, or using the Software on a QNAP NAS device, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Rodrigo Rodriguez / Cobá Networks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely on compatible QNAP devices, subject to the terms set forth herein.

You acknowledge and agree that the Software, through its Hydra engine, accesses technical hardware information for proper operation, including:

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ("AS IS" CLAUSE)

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Rodrigo Rodriguez / Cobá Networks does not guarantee that the Software will operate uninterrupted or error-free, nor that it will remain compatible with future QTS firmware updates.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rodrigo Rodriguez / Cobá Networks or QNAP Inc. be liable for:

The use of low-level tools and permission modifications (such as chmod 4755 on static binaries) is solely at the user's own risk.

5. RELATIONSHIP WITH QNAP

You acknowledge that Aura-Drive is third-party software developed by Rodrigo Rodriguez / Cobá Networks and is not an official product of QNAP Inc. QNAP does not provide technical support for this Software. Any claim or inquiry must be directed exclusively to Rodrigo Rodriguez / Cobá Networks.

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including logos, source code (Rust), and the Hydra engine, belong exclusively to Rodrigo Rodriguez / Cobá Networks. The name "QNAP" and related marks are the property of QNAP Inc.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Mexico, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts of Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply based on present or future domicile.
